This strain was first reported and nominated in 2005 and later been found in many hospitals. In this paper, the whole genome sequencing of this strain was carried out. Enterobacter ludwigii. The new species Enterobacter ludwigii has been described on the basis of genotypic and phenotypic characteristics of 16 strains with a clinical origin (81). Enterobacter is a genus of common Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae.
